LumaUp sp. z o.o. (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the Savegram application (the “App”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

- Data Collection
We collect the following types of personal information directly from users: Email addresses Usernames Media content from the user’s social profile We also collect non-personal data through Google Firebase and Google Analytics.
- Data Usage
The collected data is used for: Creating user accounts Providing the requested services We do not use email addresses or other collected data for marketing purposes.
- Data Sharing
We share user data with Google as we use their services, including Firebase and Google Analytics, to operate and analyze the App’s performance.
- Data Storage and Security
User data is stored on Google servers via Firebase. We use encryption and access controls to protect private data, such as saved media.
- User Rights
Users can access their data through the App. To delete their data, users must request deletion directly via email at hello@lumaup.com. Users cannot update their data through the App. Providing personal data is necessary to receive the services offered by Savegram. Without this data, we cannot offer our services.
- Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services which may collect user data: Facebook Ads TikTok Ads Google Analytics These third parties handle user data according to their own privacy policies.
- Children’s Privacy
Savegram is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
- Policy Updates
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App. You are advised to review this Privacy
